Working within the University Master Plan developed by this firm, this 126-bed residence hall creates a strong pedestrian path connecting the uphill and downhill campus. The four-story building includes four-bedroom and six-bedroom apartments as well as a small student theatre/performance space. Through integrating a range of solar technologies in the design, the project highlights the university's commitment to sustainable issues. USGBC LEED Gold Certified. (62,000 s.f.; 126 beds)
