Blocks 1 + 2

Located one block away from UC’s main campus, Blocks 1 and 2 hold a prominent position that allows the project to act as a new gateway to campus and the adjacent Clifton Heights neighborhood. Between the two adjacent sites four residential buildings are proposed, which will include a connected ground floor with common student amenities, student fitness center, undergraduate residential dorms and apartments, and on-site parking. Construction is ongoing and the three buildings on Block 1 are anticipated to open in Fall 2026 in advance of the 2026 academic year. The residential hall on Block 2 is anticipated to open the following semester, in Spring 2027.
