Napa Pipe Redevelopment

This project included Master Planning and early design of 3000+ units of mixed-type housing for this 157-acre development, including town house and mid-rise (4-7 story) configurations facing the Napa River in California. Small block sizes allow for increased walkability, while open spaces, including a vibrant town center surrounded by restaurant, retail, and housing uses, are mixed throughout, providing for views of both the Napa River and the surrounding Napa Valley hills. Originally developed for heavy industry prior to World War II, the design plans for total remediation of this brownfield site.
