Residence Two

The Residence Two project will be the second new CU Boulder student housing building in the North Boulder Creek precinct, located to the north of main campus along the Boulder Creek pedestrian path. This new state of the art residential building will offer community amenities that support academic growth and increase the number of beds on campus for graduate students. To diversify the housing inventory on campus, Residence Two will provide apartment style unit types with in-unit kitchen and living spaces for residents while providing direct connections to the main campus and to the recreation zones abutting the site along the creek bed.
