William Rawn Associates restored this mid-nineteenth century building (the campus’s second oldest building). The project involved 10,800 g.s.f. of interior renovations to provide office space for the School of Arts and Sciences. All architectural finishes were replaced and new mechanical, electrical, and life safety systems were installed. The project included the restoration of the existing masonry façade and the construction of a new addition supporting elevator and a new means of egress from the building.
